Borehamwood Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club

We are a friendly club offering classes olymp trade forex in the exciting martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) located in Hertfordshire. BJJ is a martial art that focuses on standing and ground-based techniques.

Classes are taught by first degree black belt Seymour Yang who has been training in martial arts for over 25 years. The club is registered with the UKBJJA – the largest national body for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the UK. We are also a proud affiliate of Mill Hill BJJ Academy.

Class times

From September 1st we will be located in the squash courts at Next Gen Fitness, Mount Grace Road, Potters Bar, EN6 1RB.

Thursdays 7:30 – 8:30pm Beginners and all levels BJJ fundamentals.
Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30pm Intermediate to Advanced BJJ
Sunday 10:00 – 10:40am  Junior BJJ (6 years to 12 years old)
Sunday 10:45 – 12:30pm Intermediate to Advanced BJJ

Membership costs £55 per month via direct debit plan or prepay £40 for a five-lessons.
